Little green spots in Brooklyn
I like these little green spots that I find around Brooklyn. They bring a touch of natural beauty that so many people miss. It could be a few pots of herbs on a fire escape or potted plants in front of your building that make surviving the summer heat much easier. Having something green that you need to care for gives you a sense of being home, and I am amazed at the care you can do in order to keep your little fragment of Eden.
